Training placement guides are critical to the success of any data collection project. These guides will contain a training tutorial with all processes and procedures for all items collected. Each technician will be able to go step by step throughout the inventory process and have a reference guide to make sure all equipment is inventoried correctly.

The guide will also have detailed digital photos that will be taken of all equipment to be tracked. There where be callouts to correctly show where to place a label, find part number, serial number, and revision level information. In addition to these callouts there will be documentation describing all pictures and how to track each piece of equipment being presented.
